I drew this while watching Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, a while back.
I think I was trying to create a character to compliment Mr. Wonka- only she was a toy maker..
Yeah, well it was a lot of fun to draw and I really like her outfit..so yeah..whatever bye. >_>
